Your Perspective
Four people can be sitting in a movie theater and have four different experiences; even though they are watching the same movie. It depends on the perspective of each individual. Our perspectives are developed by our experiences in life with people, places, and interactions… you name it.
Your Health
When you approach your health journey with a perspective that will hold you back, you won’t be successful to turn your health around. Feeling like you are missing out on life, will only keep you in those old habits. Instead, with a positive outlook with new habits, you will be making a lifestyle change you can sustain. Approach your health journey with the perspective of opportunity. Experience something new, and take the good with the bad; you will flourish in your new venture.
Your Plan, Your Journey
Each of our clients receives a personalized nutrition plan from Metabolic Balance®. It includes a unique list of foods best for you, and unique portion sizes that fit your body. Within the uniqueness of each individual plan, the phases you work through are the same. We approach your plan and work with you as an individual as you get coaching through a coaching education series, 45-minute coaching calls, and high support for the first year. Like each client’s unique nutrition plan, each client has their own unique experience and perspective.
Your Next Step
Your journey begins with your decision to take on the perspective that being different is okay and you celebrate it for your own health! Each client is unique and your story and struggles are only yours. So, now is how you decide to look at your next step. Is it an exciting leap or a drag your feet move because you “know you need to make a change”. Know your perspective, be honest and be willing to grow with this experience!
